forgopms reminds me a lot of the Randy Quaid character in Major League 2- he pisses and moans about the team...expresses his hatred...but when things go well, he's the first to jump up and act like a life long fan. I have no doubt that this is how our dickweed friend spends his sporting life.

That, or he's another Ravens fan with nothing to root for, so he roots against something.

yep... for "decriers", it's fun to jump on the bash-wagon when the successful fail... and the Colts fanbase has no shortage of these, either, and they all came to roost when the Giants knocked off the Pats...

oftentimes (even after a Colts loss) it's some funny sh*t. especially when RD does it, because even RD knows he's being ridiculous. but it is what it is and i am what i am, so i'd still like to give RD a swift kick in the nuts, and forcok can still go f*ck himself...

You might be right had I jumped on the bandwagon when they won the SB or even started off 14-0 this year. In fact, aren't the Colts something like the only team to win 12+ games for 5 consecutive years? If I was going to jump on their bandwagon, I think I would have done so by now.

On the news it said the plane landed in a 'restricted' area of the airport and fans were not allowed. So those 11 fans are really dedicated.

Actually, RD, I heard it numerous times on radio- and on a few of the TV stations- the Colts were asking for no fans or press near the complex when they returned- and mentioned the airport as well.

I have teams I follow in MLB and the NFL, none of which I'm a die hard fan in particular. I have a "vested" interest in New Orleans because I'm a big fan of Brees and with MLB, it would be the Braves because I'm "related" to one of the players through marriage.

I like the college game in football/basketball better and I don't think it's any secret where my allegiance lies. Some know that I was probably too "consumed" in football to which I've taken a much bigger step back and don't even care whether they win or lose anymore.

I still maintain my JPC status and have season tix for football/basketball, but 2009 was the first year I didn't go to a Purdue football game in something like 11 years. It had nothing to do with wins/losses or being a bandwagon fan, but being tired of how MJB/Tiller mismanaged the football program from 2003 and on.

Quite frankly I got tired of feeling like what too many of you are going through with the Colts right now. It's just a form of entertainment and living life being sad and pissed off over what they do is no way to go through life because you have no control over it. My Saturdays last fall were spent watching my 5 and 6 year old daughters kick around a ball in a sport I don't even like.

That's not it at all. I'm just pointing out that being as "invested" and living your life through a form of entertainment is not worth the heartache some of you are experiencing. I like the Saints. I've rooted for them ever since Drew joined them and really like what Sean Payton has done there.

Had the Saints lost, I wouldn't be moping around like pretty much everyone else is here.
